Shipping Coverage
Maryum Zain currently offers delivery across Pakistan. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Orders can be delivered to most cities and areas within Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.
Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays or unexpected closures. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you may receive an order update through email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is usually 2–3 business days across Pakistan after dispatch.
Please note that delivery to remote areas, smaller towns, or outlying locations may take an additional 1–2 business days, depending on courier availability and location.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 may apply on orders below PKR 3,000.
Free delivery is available on orders of PKR 3,000 or above.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking information to check the delivery status of your parcel through the assigned courier service.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Please make sure that the correct phone number and delivery address are provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
Customers are requested to keep the payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
Delivery Delays
Although we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your name, phone number, city, complete address, and any delivery instructions are entered correctly at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or cancelled. Additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
Missed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect contact number, wrong address, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or re-delivery charges.
Damaged Parcel on Delivery
All orders are packed carefully to ensure that your products arrive safely. If your parcel appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos and contact us as soon as possible.
Any damaged parcel or product issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Maryum Zain may contact customers through phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
