Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, sprayed, damaged after delivery, or tampered fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return or exchange request may be accepted only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item received is different from your confirmed order.
• The product is unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging.

Return Request Window

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Return or exchange requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp and provide the following details:

• Your order number
• Your full name and contact number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A short explanation of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Products returned without prior approval
• Items purchased during clearance sale, special discount, or final sale promotions, unless received damaged or incorrect

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after our team reviews and approves the return request. If a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification of the returned product.

For prepaid orders, the refund may be issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we may arrange an exchange after reviewing your request. The replacement will be processed once the issue is verified by our support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp with your order details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.

If a return is approved for any reason other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged Parcel or Product

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel, product, and packaging.

Claims for damaged products may not be accepted if reported after 24 hours or without supporting photos.

Important Note

Please do not send any product back without approval from our support team. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted or processed.

Maryum Zain reserves the right to approve, reject, or investigate any return, exchange, or refund request based on the condition of the product and the details provided by the customer.
